The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) has officially opened the 2025 application procedure.

Applications at the moment are open and can close on 15 December 2024.

*** Who qualifies for NSFAS funding

To qualify for NSFAS funding, an applicant will have to satisfy the following requirements:

• Be a South African citizen or copyright who originates from a home using a combined gross residence income that does not exceed R350 000 for every annum.

• Persons with disabilities qualify if their combined domestic money would not exceed R600 000 per annum.

• SASSA recipients immediately qualify for funding and want not submit any evidence of income.

*** Loan Scheme for the Missing Middle
